The Client(s) acknowledge that Capital Immigration Consultants only provides complete assistance and consultation for application and represent our client(s) lawfully to achieve a timely and positive result. Granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the concerned government body. 

The Client(s) acknowledge that a refund will not be approved if;

• The applicant fails to provide documents requested by the Embassy, Consulate, Commission or Case Processing Centre.
• The application is refused by virtue of the applicant’s criminal record or failing to acquire security clearances or has been rejected due to the applicant’s health reasons.
• The application is refused because of misrepresentations found in the application or presented by the applicant at the time of the interview of any other subsequent time.
• If the application is nonetheless rejected due to a mistake or omission on the part of Capital Immigration Consultants, a professional fee refund will be given according to the seriousness and stage of the failure.
• When the Immigration Governing Bodies introduces changes to the Immigration Act or Regulations thereby making the applicant ineligible.
• The client(s) agrees that he/she will not be given a refund should the client(s) wish to end their agreement with the company and withdraw from the service before the time that Capital Immigration Consultants submits the client’s application. The client(s) agree that the fees paid are for the services indicated on the service agreement, and any refund is strictly limited to the amount of professional fees paid.

• If a refund is provided, we certify that it will be done solely through the Mode of Payment made in accordance with Capital Immigration Consultants Terms and Conditions. The client is responsible for any transfer fees and currency translation FX losses.
• This service agreement is valid until you get your service completion certification, and Capital Immigration Consultants is not accountable for any further service referred to in this agreement after the service agreement’s validity expires.

Furthermore, the client(s) agree that Capital Immigration Consultants is not obligated to provide a refund or compensation if you withdraw and/or violate the contract for any reason or under any circumstances
